Reinforcebrand General Shipping Information

We process and ship orders placed between Monday – Friday (GMT+8). Order placed on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday, major holidays and/or company closures will not be fulfilled until the following business day.

Order processing estimate:

  1. For products in stock, the order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
  2. If your order contains any Customized products (Including SolidSuit prints / Personalized designs / Mod NX backplates / PlayProof prints): 2 to 6 business days
  3. If you are placing an order to deliver in the EU or UK, please refer to the Updated EU Shipping Policy section under the disclaimers.

*Customized products are only printed per order and are shipped out from Taiwan, regardless of the destination.

  • The estimated delivery time is NOT guaranteed. It does not take into consideration any possible delays caused by the customs or any issue the shipping carrier may have with the package. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you believe there is an issue with your tracking and we will do our best to help.

  • Every fulfilled order will automatically receive a tracking confirmation within a week (contact us if you don’t see this after 5 business days).
  • Damages upon arrival. Please check the quality of the products upon reception and contact us if you see anything out of the ordinary. For any product damaged upon arrival, you MUST contact us within 7 days after arrival or the product will not be considered as such.
  • We will not be responsible nor will we provide refunds for any product(s) or package(s) still in transit, lost during transit or if it has been tracked as delivered. For international shipments, please make sure to select Express Shipping when offered (FedEx or DHL Express) if you are worried about the quality of the service from your local Post Office.
  • If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or refusal, you will be given a choice of either:
    1. A refund (excluding the original shipping fee).
    2. A reship (covering another shipping fee).
 
 

Updated EU Shipping Policy. 

To provide customers with a better quality of service and a more efficient fulfillment procedure, we have created a website especially for you! We recommend customers from EU and Non-EU-Member European countries to visit our new EU website, as orders placed on the IO website will be shipped from Taiwan directly.

You will also be able to pay in Euros on the new EU website! All shipping fees have been adjusted with the change of shipping policies.

Out of Stock, Pre-Order Products, and More.

If your order contains at least one product that is currently unavailable (caused by, but not limited to, stock issues or pre-orders), we will wait for all the products to be available before sending your order. Orders will ship out only according to the LATEST pre-order date, the estimated date at the time of order is not guaranteed.

You can contact our support team for a split shipment request on your order while additional shipping fees may be required.

Duties, Taxes, and More.

Any possible import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Buyers are responsible for these charges. Please double check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing. The carrier will not return such package to us until these fees are properly paid. If the package is refused or abandoned at customs, we will remain the rights to deduct it from the initial refund amount.

Reinforcebrand Returns & Exchanges

Only products purchased directly from Reinforcebrand official website can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of arrival.
If your product was not purchased on our website, you should contact the seller for returns and/or exchange.
If your product was purchased on Amazon, you should contact Amazon for returns and/or exchange.

Please be aware that:

  • Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE both ways.
  • Personalized products CANNOT be returned nor exchanged. Be sure to confirm the device and/or design BEFORE confirming your order.
  • Replacement products CANNOT be returned for a refund.
  • Return shipping costs WILL NOT be covered.

In order to return the product to us, you must Contact Us with your proof of purchase from our website and two (2) photos of the product you wish to return. 

Please also note that the product must fulfill the following:

  • The product must be in its original packaging including all content in perfect resellable condition.
  • Impact Protection Screen Protectors, 9H Tempered Glass Protectors, Back Protectors, and Skins must be unused. Used Screen Protectors and Skins cannot be returned. If the packaging is opened but unused, there will be a restocking fee of at least $5 USD.

     

We strongly recommend choosing a mailing service with tracking option for the return package. If the package does not reach us safely, we are unable to issue any refund. We are not liable for lost or stolen package during this return transit. For all international returns, we are not responsible for paying any custom fees, which may include, but are not limited to, duties, taxes and brokerage fees.

Once we have received your package and our quality assurance team has verified the contents meet the conditions above, we will contact you and offer you the option of either a refund or an exchange.

This Limited Warranty does NOT apply to the following products:

  • Free and/or promotional products (reviews, videos, etc.) 

What does this Limited Warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects (see below) in material or workmanship during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Reinforcebrand  reserves the right to replace, at no charge, the product that proves defective because of material defects or workmanship. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original end purchaser.

What we will do?

Reinforcebrand  will replace the product at no charge, with a brand new product for the same model.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for products purchased from Reinforcebrand  is one (1) year starting from the date of arrival.

What is NOT covered by this Limited Warranty?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by / originates from:  

  1. Drops.
  2. Installation failures.
  3. Normal daily wear and tear.
  4. Intentional modifications.
  5. Products not sold by us or authorized re-sellers.
  6. Products not manufactured by us.
  7. Misuse and/or mishandling of product.
  8. Theft or loss of the product.
 

What to do?

To obtain this warranty service, you MUST first contact us with a valid proof of purchase AND two (2) photos to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please note we do not accept unannounced returned damaged products.

Reinforcebrand reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party to modify, suspend or terminate the warranty.

Reinforcebrand Lifetime Replacement Program

We believe in our products and stand behind them with a Lifetime Replacement Program and in the event that they become damaged, please do contact us!

The Lifetime Replacement Program Policy applies to the following products:

What does the Replacement Program Policy cover?

The Replacement Program Policy covers any Damages to the product incurred under normal use during the lifetime of the product from:

  1. Drops.
  2. Normal daily wear and tear.
  3. Installation failures.

During the lifetime of the product, Reinforcebrand reserves the right to replace the damaged product, under normal use and maintenance, with shipping and handling charges, and/or at a discounted rate. Please note that the policy is non-transferable and only applies to the original end purchaser.

What we will do?

For issues that fall under the scope of the policy, Reinforcebrand will provide replacements for the customer at a discounted rate that may include shipping and/or handling directly from our Factory.

What we will not do?

Reinforcebrand will not offer a different product, free shipping nor issue a refund for the already damaged product.

How long does the coverage last?

The lifetime of the product for products purchased from Reinforcebrand is from the day ordered to the day the product is phased out of production. A replacement product is eligible for the same lifetime and same model, while the old product will lose said coverage.

What does this program not cover?

The Replacement Program does not cover any problem that is caused by:  

  1. Intentional modification.
  2. Product not fulfilled by a legitimate sales channel.
  3. Product not manufactured by us.
  4. Unintended use of product.
  5. Theft or loss of the product.


How to obtain a replacement?

To obtain a replacement, you must first Contact Us with a  valid proof of purchase and at least 2 photos to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please be sure to mention all products required. If you have received a ticket number, it means we have received your support request. 

Reinforcebrand reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion without liability to you or any third party to modify, suspend or terminate the policy.

 

Reinforcebrand Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Reinforcebrand, or any of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and its suppliers be liable whether under contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages such as:

  1. loss of value of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, even if Reinforcebrand has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  2. loss of any consumer devices; loss of property; or
  3. losses relating to any business of yours; loss of profit; loss of opportunity; or
  4. loss of data stored on the the device; or inability to access data.

 

As expressly set forth by the warranties provided here, Reinforcebrand makes no other express or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product in terms of merchant ability, fitness, particular purpose, design, condition, quality, or performance of the product. In addition, Reinforcebrand will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of products or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits.

Reinforcebrand reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit Reinforcebrand product distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain.

Defection caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defection caused by owner’s usage, cannot be applied for the General Defect Warranty but for the Lifetime Replacement Program Policy. For products that come as a package, only the defected product from the package will be remedied.
